Soulfulness...

I had the opportunity to really speak with the very inspirational author of the most wonderful book, Soulful Colour, Sophia Jackson. This adult colouring book has messages for everyone. I found it resonated especially for those of us who have been beaten down by the whole cancer process, Reading it made me feel good to remember who we all are AFTER cancer, that we are still beautiful, strong and have a lot to offer one another. The pictures can be coloured in one sitting, and the messages are a great daily reminder of how we are still awesome women.
