Sometimes all of us want to live in peace and quiet. We forget that sometimes we need to just have someone give us an opportunity to be really listened to...to be heard. If our lips are moving, we are talking, making judgements, offering our opinions, what is more helpful is to really practice staying in the present moment - to just listen...to those around us...to our environment, to nature. It gives us a healthy PAUSE. It' s not easy! Try it - practice just listening. When you get good at it, it can be joyful...
